Define allowed entries for hotel trip rules

In this step you define allowed entries for the already defined accommodations-specific trip rules. This is done according to the following critera:

• Provider of accommodations-specific travel services

• Location (country, region or IATA location)

Example

The accommodations-specific trip rule "RRHotel" is to have the following characteristics:

• Trip rule:
  RRHotel (Trip rule hotel)

• Provider code:
  BW (Best Western)

• Geographical type<>:
  2 (Country)

• Destination:
  IN (India)

All stays in accommodations facilities of the travel service provider Best Western at destinations in India are assigned to the accommodations-specific trip rule "RRHotel".

Requirements

You have to specify the relevant trip rules in the section Define trip rules for hotel first.
