Define Group Types for Wave Picks

In this menu option you define which sales document types can be included into a picking wave and from which range the number is to be assigned for the picking wave.

A picking wave groups several deliveries of a warehouse together, with the purpose of common picking. Therefore, only the sales document type "delivery" is provided for use in picking waves.

The output of the picking wave is controlled by the output determination (see stage "Output").

Standard Settings

The SAP standard delivery contains the following settings:

Group type	"W"
Number range	"03"
Application	"V5" (Groups)
Sales doc. type	"J" (Delivery)

Aktivitäten

1. Check whether you can adopt the settings of the standard delivey.

2. Enter a number range from which the system numbers the documents of the picking wave.

3. Enter the application "Groups" from which the output can be dispatched immediately.

4. Enter the sales document type "delivery" for which picking waves should be created.
