To enable you to perform retroactive accounting automatically for bonus accounting, infotype 0003 contains field P0003-RCBON ('Earliest personal retroactive accounting date'). The payroll driver carries out retroactive accounting on all bonus results from this date for regular payroll runs and correction runs (USA).
This date is entered according to the same logic as P0003-RRDAT ('Earliest master data change'). The only difference is that P0003-RCBON is deleted after bonus accounting has been performed successfully if the date is later than that of the last bonus accounting. In this way, the system knows for the next regular payroll run that bonus-related master data changes have been accounted for up to this date.
After a successful regular payroll run, both P0003-RCBON and
P0003-RRDAT are initial.
