The new report RPRDUR00, which can be executed via the menu path Human resources -> Travel expenses -> Info system -> Double budget, allows you to select employees with a large number of trips according different report selection criteria that you can set yourself.
In Germany, you can use this report to select employees, who could be taken into account for a double budget. The list created by the report must, however, be processed manually because the system cannot select specific employees who could be considered for double budget according to German law.
