New Functions in Fast Entry
- 'Postpone trips'
In fast entry (PR02), you can postpone the trip date of a trip that
was entered using fast entry.
Use:
Put the cursor on any line in the trip and press the button 'Postpone
trip'. You can now make an entry in the begin and end date fields for
the trip and can, therefore, postpone the trip's begin and end dates.
If the begin and end dates are on different pages of the fast entry
calendar, you can scroll forwards or backwards to enter the other date
once you have entered one date. To trigger the postponement, press
Enter. By postponing a trip, you can either lengthen or shorten it.
Checks:
The system checks to see that the trip interval is not occupied by
another trip.
If, after you have postponed the trip, the date of a stopover that has
already been entered or a kilometer/mileage distribution lies outside
the trip, you will receive a warning, but the postponement will still
be carried out. If you do not correct the stopover or the kilometer/
mileage distribution, then you will not be able to save the trip data
entered.
