Some work schedule regulations contain stipulations regarding minimum break times which must be observed according to the number of hours actually worked.
Example:
When an employee works between 6 and 9 hours, he/she must take a break of at
least 30 minutes, and over 9 hours' work necessitates a break of at least 45
minutes. Working hours are not those planned in the daily work schedule but
those actually worked.
A new subschema, TF20, has been added for use in processing this kind of break regulation.
If you want to allow for this kind of break regulation in your system, you
can base it on the new subschema, TF20. The functionality is described in
greater detail in the implementation guide under
Calculate minimum breaks on basis of hours worked .
