Weekly overtime analysis: New field in infotype 0007

Description

Weekly analyses are often carried out when overtime is calculated. A typical regulation is as follows:

"Overtime commences once 40 target hours have been worked in one week".

The term "week" can be very flexible in meaning. An overtime week can commence on different weekdays; for example, it is sometimes defined as the period from Friday 12 noon to Friday 12 noon, rather than starting at 12 midnight. It is also possible for different overtime weeks to be used at one company.

To simplify the customization of time evaluation for the evaluation of weekly overtime regulations, a number of enhancements have been made to the system.

1. There is a new table, "Working Weeks", which can be used to define working weeks or periods.
2. Infotype 0007 Planned Working Time includes a new field that enables you to assign a working week to an employee.
3. The value of this field can be suggested as a default by feature "WWEEK".
4. Subschema TW30 has been developed for time evaluation. It calculates overtime on the basis of the working week assigned in infotype 0007 Planned Working Time.
5. An active version of subschema TW30 is now included in time evaluation schema TM04. Subschema TW20, which was used until now, is no longer used in schema TM04 but is still available for customer schemas.
