New and improved reports

Description

There have been some substantial changes in the Benefits reporting functionality. Three reports are new, two have been changed:

1. This report looks for changes in general benefit data and eligibility according to the feature assigned values. The selection screen and the list output screen have been revised.
2. This new report complements RPLBEN09 in that it reports on changes in feature proposed general benefits data, and whether or not manual overrides have been stored.
3. The new report RPLBEN12 gives you an overview of all your benefits plans.
4. The new report RPLBEN14 gives you an overview of benefit plan costs for Health and Insurance plans.
5. The list output screen in RPLBEN04 has changed. There are five new columns providing information on personal ID number, date of birth, region, provider cost and coverage amount.
