Shipping: Print VDA material tag
Description
In Release 3.0E, it is only possible to issue the VDA material tag on a
printer which understands the printer language IGP from Printronix. The
SAPscript layout set SD_PACKLAB_SUPPL is no longer supported. If you do not
want to print the tags on a special Printronix printer, use the following
hardware:
- IBM 9 dot-matrix printers and compatible
- EPSON 9 and 24 dot-matrix printers and compatible
- HP LaserJet and compatible printers
However, to do this you need a converter such as the IGB converter CS-IGB-31
offered by CS Computer Systems GmbH, Isarstrasse 3, 82065 Baierbrunn,
telephone +49/89/74490-0. The layout set was developed with this converter and
an HP laser printer.
Change system parameters in customizing
In the Customizing for output, change the entry for output type WA00 as
follows:
Sales and Distribution --> Basic functions --> Output --> Output
determination --> Output proposal using the condition technique -->
Maintain output determination for deliveries --> Maintain output conditions
--> Access the Details screen for WA00 --> Press Processing program
