QM: Changes to User Exits for Quality Notifications

Description

The user exit QQMA0009 to predefine the QM order parameters is new.
With this user exit, you can influence the settlement rule or the order parameters (for example, order type), before you create a QM order.

Changes have been made to the following user exits:

QLIB0002 (Determining the complaint score for the vendor evaluation)

The call and the interface for function module EXIT_SAPLQLIB_003 were changed. You now have the possibility of processing a notification selection in addition to or in place of the standard selection.

QQMA0007 (Default values when creating a notification)

The interface for function module EXIT_SAPMIWO0_001 was enhanced to include the internal tables for the notification item, cause, task and activity.
