In Release 3.0E, it is possible to archive the quality notifications with their accompanying values and to delete them from the R/3 online database.
The archiving session considers all quality notifications in which the deletion flag is set. However, it is also possible mark quality notifications for archiving whose completion date lies 'n' days in the past. This function is available in the Quality Management menu only.

To call up the archiving function, select Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Archiving.
