In Release 3.0E, the consistency check for inspection plans was revised.
Up through Release 3.0D, when the system carried out a consistency check, it included all change statuses for an inspection plan that were created with a change number. This caused messages to be issued that applied to change statuses that were no longer current. These messages could not be suppressed.
As of Release 3.0E, the consistency check is carried out for the current and all future change statuses, beginning with the entered key date.
