As of Release 3.0E, you no longer assign the dynamic modification rules to the sampling procedures ("allowed relationships") in the Customizing application. Instead, you make these assignments when you maintain the dynamic modification master data.
Give the users who are authorized to maintain the dynamic modification master data the additional authorization to maintain the assignment table for allowed relationships between sampling procedures and dynamic modification rules. To do this, you must also assign these users the new 3.0E authorization profile Q_TABU_DYN_A.
Since the step for maintaining the allowed relationships was removed from the Customizing application, you should relocate any notes you might have stored in the Implementation Guide to another location.
You can find the transaction for assigning dynamic modification rules to sampling procedures in the menu for the QM basic data, under the menu option Dynamic modification.
