From Release 3.0E you can reset the "Budgeted" system status in WBS elements which do not have a budget.
The system status "Budgeted" is assigned to a WBS element when budget is assigned to it. WBS elements with this status cannot then be moved withing the project hierarchy, nor can WBS elementst subordinate to them. In earlier releases, this status remained in place, even if the budget in the WBS element was deleted.
However, from release 3.0E you can reset this status for WBS elements which no longer have a budget. To do this, go to the Budgeting menu and choose Tools -> Reset status BUDG .
The menu item Tools in the Project Budgeting menu item includes the new option Reset status BUDG.
