For Release 3.0E, it is possible to archive and delete PM orders with associated values from the R/3 online database. The archiving session takes into account PM orders for which the status flagged for deletion is set.
If you want to create an historical order from an order during an archiving session, and you want this to remain available in condensed form on the R/3 online database for evaluation purposes, you cannot yet archive this order. This functionality will be offered as part of a later Release.

To call the archiving, select Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Archiving.
