With Release 3.0E it is possible to archive maintenance notifications with associated values, and delete them from the R/3 online database.
The archiving session takes into account PM notifications with the status "flagged for deletion".
It is also possible to flag notifications for archiving that have a closing date n days in the past. You can perform this function by selecting Logistics -> Plant maintenance -> PM processing -> Notification -> Set deletion flag.
