By using the function module MEASUREM_POINT_RFC_SINGLE_002 you can directly start the R/3 transaction for displaying or maintaining a desired measuring point from an external system.
By using the function module MEASUREM_DOCUM_RFC_SINGLE_001 you can start the R/3 transaction for entering measurement documents from an external system. By doing this, the individual fields (measurement reading, counter reading, damage code etc.) can be preassigned.
You can also use the function module to enter a measurement document due to transfered data without dialog in the R/3 System (API mode).
The interface includes an option which enables you to generate a maintenance notification together with the measurement document. In this way, a trigger for a maintenance task can be transfered directly from an external system to R/3 PM.
