Changes to the system status logic
Description
The following
system statuses are no longer supported:
I0185 -> SLOR Assigned in sales order
I0187 -> ESER Assigned in service contract
I0189 -> EINS In inspection stock
I0191 -> ETRA In transfer stock
I0192 -> EAUS Withdrawn from warehouse
Because it is now possible to release the usage of
serial numbers for individual operations in the
serial number profile, it was difficult to keep the above
statuses consistent and to base an internal check logic on them.
Change system parameters in customizing
The status operations which maintained the above statuses in the past still
have effect. In this way, it is possible to replace the previous system status
logic with an equipment category-specific
user status logic.
Those status operations relevant for serial number management were in a
position to influence the user status if a system status was not
simultaneously manipulated by them.
