Subsequent Settlement with Regard to Conditions: Cumulative Statistical Data Update Simulation/Exception Analysis

Update simulation

In the Customizing facility for the Logistics Information System (LIS), you can simulate the updating of statistics for a document and display the result in a log.

New as of Release 3.0E: in the simulation for purchasing and sales documents, you can also see the data that has been generated in the area of "subsequent settlement".

With regard to purchasing documents, this applies to the updating of the following LIS structures:

• S074 and S015 (volume of business done with vendor)
  Please note that the updating of vendor business volumes is carried out at the time of invoice receipt. This means that no data is available for POs without an invoice receipt.

• S111 (document index for the compilation of the vendor business volume for subsequently created volume rebate arrangements).

The following applies with regard to sales documents:

• You can simulate updates for billing documents (generated in the debit-side settlement process).

Note

You cannot simulate updates for credit memos (generated in the credit- side settlement process).

Exception analysis

New as of Release 3.0E: you can carry out an event-controlled periodic exception analysis for "subsequent settlement" (LIS structure S015).
