Selection of investment measures using selection profiles
Description
Starting in Release 3.0E, you can enter a selection profile when carrying out certain IM functions and in IM reporting. The functions are the fiscal year change of capital investment programs, and determination of default plan values for capital investment programs. The system then processes (or reports on) only those investment measures that have the status in the selection profile.
A selection profile is a logical condition that is either met or not met by the system and/or user status of the investment measure (order/WBS element).
Example:
(System status = 'EROF' or system status = 'FREI') and user status = 'XXXX'.
