Product Costing: Enhanced Performance

Description

To reduce the runtime of a costing run, you can carry out the following steps of the costing run with parallel processing:

costing

marking

releasing

Parallel processing is possible both online and in the background.

Procedure

1. Define a server group.
Choose Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Network -> RFC destinations -> RFC -> RFC groups.
The system differentiates between upper- and lowercase letters.

2. Enter the server group in the definition of the costing run.

3. In the costing, marking, and releasig steps, set the Parallel processing indicator.
