Further developments in the settlement function made it necessary to change settlement document archiving in order to avoid data inconsistencies in the future. This change affects the write program initial screen and the variant with which you start archiving.
The settlement documents are now archived and deleted by period, starting with the oldest. This means that all the settlement documents for a settlement sender and a period are archive, or none is. In addition, the settlement documents for a period are only archived if the settlement documents for previous periods have already been archived or are being archived in the same run.
The changes to the initial screen for the write program mean that you have to rework the variants you have entered for settlement document archiving.
