New features in the information system and in
planning layouts in 3.0E
Description
Release 3.0E includes the following changes for the information system and
for planning layouts.
1. Changes in the documentation
a) New documentation for the function
"Hierarchy node"
b) Documentation on how to work with
hotspots in drill-down report has been extended.
Description of the basic list structure for drill-down and detail lists.
2. Forms
a) General data selection
You can now maintain the general data selection by clicking on the word
form.
b) SAP-EIS only: You can now change the
version in the transaction "Change form".
c) Key figures which use a specific
currency depending on a characteristic
Previously, if the characteristic that determined the currency of the key
figure was used in a column, that key figure could only be used in that
column.
Now you can also use the key figure in rows of a form, provided that a value
for the characteristic is specified in each column.
Example: If the characteristic "Company code" is used in the columns, you can
use the key figure "Value in object currency" in the rows. Before Release
3.0E, you could only use that key figure in the columns.
3. Planning layouts
a) Sorting lead columns in planning
Now you can change the order of the lead columns in the planning layout.
4. Report list
a) SAP-EIS only: Internal business
A new general function lets you analyze intercompany sales separately. You do
not need to past these intercompany sales explicitly to do this.
5. CO-PA only: Line item list
a) Documents in Accounting
You can now display the Accounting documents that correspond to a CO-PA line
item.
