Message control is used in different application for condition- dependent calling of processing programs. These programs are used to build up a communication with reference to an application document. The message control send medium describes which communication media can be used.
Message control uses the condition technique which makes it possible to define the dependencies for calling the processing programs on the basis of application fields.
As of Release 3.0E central access to the settings for message conditions is possible. SAP Business Workflow support for this is provided as an option.
