When group appointments are maintained in the appointments diary, all participants are automatically informed by Mail.
Each participant can now specify in his or her appointments diary user defaults whether he or she wishes to be informed by Mail or not.
The checkbox 'No Mail' has been added to the screen 'Appointments diary: User defaults'.
