Attribute and structure changes in the "Special
Purpose Ledger" IMG
Description
The following changes were made in the "Special Purpose Ledger"
implementation guide for Release 3.0E.
To copy the changes to your Enterprise IMG and your Project IMG, you must
regenerate both of these IMGs.
Take note of the changed attributes when you regenerate your Enterprise IMG
and your Project IMG.
- The attributes for several steps under the sections Basic
Settings, Planning, Periodic
Processing and Tools have been changed in the
"Special Purpose Ledger" implementation guide.
- The step Maintain Valid Document Types has been placed
directly after the step Maintain Global Version
Paramenters.
- Allocation
The step Maintain Data Control for Assessment has been
renamed to Maintain Field Groups for Assessment.
The step Maintain Data Control for Distribution has been
renamed to Maintain Field Groups for Distribution.
The section Field Groups has been renamed to Data
Fields.
The step Define Field Groups has been renamed to
Define Data Fields .
The step Enter Texts for Field Groups has been renamed to
Enter Texts for Data Fields .
The step Maintain Sender/Receiver Relationship has been
placed directly after the step Maintain Field Usage for
Distribution.
The section Special Functions has been inserted directly
after the step Maintain Sender/Receiver Relationship.
The step with the new title Maintain Field Groups for
Assessment has been placed directly after the step Special
Functions.
The step with the new title Maintain Field Groups for Distribution
has been placed directly after the step Maintain Field
Groups for Assessment.
The section with the new title Data Fields and the following
two steps Define Data Fields and Enter Texts for Data
Fields have been placed directly after the step Maintain
Field Groups for Distribution.
