In the completion phase of the project, you calculate the project result and settle the costs incurred during the project to receivers. The projects are technically completed and prepared for archiving.

SD billing is used, in addition to the Project System.

The preparatory work includes creating a final invoice (billing document), checking project stock, checking that you have met your contractual obligations, final results analayis, and final settlement. In addition, you must update existing project templates and create new ones.

Project completion includes the following processes:

• Setting the status "Complete": Projects are not static objects, but have a life cycle of their own, starting when they are created and ending once they are closed.
• Project completion documentation: All the completion documents are assigned to the project.

A project cannot be archived until you set the deletion indicator for it. Once you have set the deletion indicator, you can delete the project, archiving it at the same time if you want.
