General Functions

Use

You use these functions in the Intervals and shifts screen for navigation and making general settings.

Activities

What do you wan to do?

Proceed as follows:

To find the available capacity valid on a particular data and edit it.

Choose Extras ® Goto date.
Enter the date and choose Continue.

The available capacity valid on the date is displayed.

To move a particular available capacity to the top position in the display.

Select the available capacity and choose Edit ® Position.
The selected line is moved to the top.

To maintain another capacity.

Choose Goto ® Another cap. cat.
Enter the capacity category to maintain and choose Continue.

The available capacity for the selected capacity category is displayed and can be maintained.

Hide all the shifts and display the operating times and available capacities for each interval.

Choose Extras ® View ® Only intervals.

Display all the shifts, the operating times and available capacities for each interval.

Choose Extras ® View ® Intervals and shifts.

Undo all the changes since the last save.

Choose Extras ® Reset capacity.

Change the unit of measure for all intervals.

Enter a new unit in the top line of the table and choose Continue.
All the available capacities are displayed in the new unit.
