Considering unplanned Services 

Use

In this view you can plan services that are required for the repair task. However, if the services cannot be precisely defined at present, it is also possible to maintain a value limit instead of concrete service descriptions (unplanned services). The exact service specification is performed at the same time as the entry of services performed.

Procedure

  1. Choose the Operations tab page.
  2. Select operation 0010, then choose External.
  3. Choose .
  4. Enter the following data:

  5. Choose .

    6. The System completes your entries.

  6. Choose .

    7. The System has transferred the expected value to the field price.
