Monitoring Deadlines for the Maintenance Plan 

Use

To ensure that the maintenance plans stay on schedule, the employee responsible carries out deadline monitoring for the individual maintenance plans at regular intervals. This is important for determining whether any additional calls are now due. This also applies to maintenance plan 40.
