Exporting Characteristic Values into the Data Sheet 

Prerequisites

You have selected a material, document or functional location in the selection area. For more information see Selecting Objects.

A document is open. For more information see Creating or Opening Documents.

Procedure

  1. Highlight one or more objects (for example documents) in the structure overview.

By holding CTRL down you can highlight more than one object for selection.
  1. Select to export characteristics into the data sheet.

Result

The system reads characteristics from the SAP System and writes the data according to the control information into the data sheet.
