This program generates a hierarchically sorted graphic depiction of the budget structure elements you have selected.

Selection

To improve system performance, your selection should be as specific as possible. On one hand, you can do this using the Restrict Levels function. On the other hand, you can restrict the commitment item hierarchy as well as the funds center hierarchy to a subhierarchy by entering a commitment item or a funds center. This program then displays all commitment items/funds centers that are hierarchically below the entered commitment item/funds center.

Output:

You can change the display of the list issued by expanding or compressing the nodes. It is also possible to set a focus on a subhierarchy. The focus reduces the selected commitment item hierarchy and only shows those commitment items that are hierarchically below the entered commitment item. The reduction of the commitment item hierarchy is therefore possible during selection as well as output. A reduction during selection is preferable with regard to performance.
