If a quality assurance agreement is required by the procurement key set for the material, you can enter one by choosing the Quality agreement tab. You can then enter the data to select the quality assurance agreement that is stored in the document management system.
If you do not specify a quality assurance agreement when you create a quality info record (even though one is required based the settings in Customizing and in the material master), the system issues a warning message. You can, however, continue processing.
