This release note describes the functions which are new to or have been changed in the Quality Management Information System in Release 3.0
New analyses for quality notifications and defects
The Quality Management Information System in Release 3.0 has been extended to include a series of new analyses for quality notifications and defects. The following analyses have been added:
All of the analyses use the standardized analysis function of the Logistics Information System.
Customer analysis
A customer analysis function has been implemented and is similar to the existing vendor and material analyses of the inspection lot data.
Standard drill-down
The standard drill-down for the material and the vendor analysis has been changed. The compression based on the inspection type is now always displayed as the basic list. The user-specific settings are not affected by this change.
Hierarchy drill-down
The hierarchy drill-down is new. Depending on whether the material, vendor or customer is available, you can now generate a detailed view for the material, vendor or customer hierarchy. Further information can be found in the release note on the hierarchy drill-down in the standard analyses .
