Working with Whole Lists

Use

Functions that are relevant for whole lists are, for example, printing, deleting, and setting the processing indicator.

Prerequisites

You have called up the MRP list or the stock/requirements list for a material.

Procedure

Function	How to call up function	What you should know
Indicate MRP lists as processed or as unprocessed (also possible in material list)	Switch between (unprocessed) and (processed)	The quick-info for the icon displays the date when the MRP list was processed. During the next planning run, the exception messages for a material with a processed MRP list are no longer considered to be new exceptions. You can use the processing indicator in collective access for the MRP lists as a selection criterion.
Enter or display material memo		Next to the symbol for the material memo the name and date of the last change are displayed. Material memos are valid for a material in all lists.
Display documents for the material	(only appears if documents are available)	Only in the stock/requirements list: The system displays a list of all documents that you have assigned to the material in the material master. When you select a document, the system displays it in an internal or external viewer. You determine the selection of the viewer in Customizing for document management in the IMG activity Define workstation application. You can find further information about the internal viewer under Viewer for Displaying Original Files.
Display stock statistics	Goto ® Stock statistics	By using , you receive an apportionment of the cumulative receipts/issues quantities for each field of the stock statistics.
Display sales statistics	Goto ® Sales statistics
Reorganize MRP lists	MRP ® Environment ® Reorganize MRP lists	The MRP lists that are no longer required are deleted from the database. You can also reach this function via MPS.
Delete MRP lists manually	MRP list ® Delete	MRP lists that have not been deleted manually are stored in the system until they are replaced by new lists from a subsequent planning run.
Display ATP quantity	Environment ® ATP quantities	The availability overview appears (see Availability Overview). You can set a default checking rule for the calculation of ATP quantities in your personal settings (see Settings).
