Configuring Access to the Lists 

Prerequisites

The settings are valid for both types of list.

Procedure

  1. Choose .

The system displays the Settings dialog box.

When you access the dialog box, it shows the settings activated in the selected list and not those that you saved last.

  1. Select the required settings on the different tab pages.
  1. If required, choose a display filter, selection rule, company-specific navigation profile, and period split using F4.
  1. Choose to activate the settings for the current display, or to save them permanently.

Choose Basic settings to always return to the standard settings provided by SAP.

Result

The settings are copied to the display and, if you have saved them, are activated every time you access the lists.
