Editing a Lease-Out: Memo Book 

By means of this function, you create memos for the lease-out and can forward these to an employee or to yourself for (re)submission.

Then

you want to create a memo for the lease-out,

choose Extras ® Memo book ® Edit notes.

Enter your note and save your entries.

you want to create and forward a memo,

choose Extras ® Memo book ® Send.

Further processing is similar to that for Resubmission.
