The following tables give an overview of all the menu options provided for data maintenance of the partner.

Goto ® Central data ® Bank details

You maintain the bank details of the partner.

If you agreed on collection authorization as a payment method with a partner with customer account in R/3 Real Estate, then select the Collection authorization field for at least one set of bank details specified here.

Goto ® Central data ® Personal data

You maintain birth and family data as well as data for the nationality of a natural person.

Goto ® Central data ® Employment data

Here you maintain data on the profession and employment of a legal person.

When you create an applicant in R/3 Real Estate, then the monthly net income that has been maintained here (monthly income) is copied into the Household income field.

You maintain data on the legal form, balance sheet, trade register and operation of an organization.

You maintain business data for a certain fiscal year of an organization.

Here you maintain relationships of the partners to one another (for example, married couple, commune).

Extras ® Administrative data

Here you maintain additional data on the partner. This data functions as additional selection criteria when searching for a partner.

Here you can enter additional information on the partner by means of the defined fields (in partner management Customizing).

Displays information on the release statuses maintained in Customizing.

You reach the general memo book function of the R/3 System.
