Beginning with this release, it is possible to make an integrated use of the components HR Funds and Position Management and Funds Management . In doing so, you have the opportunity to supplement the personnel expenditure functions contained in HR Funds and Position Management with those of Funds Management:
Generating Budget Structure Elements
In order to use both components, you must generate Budget structure elements from the Funds Management Budget structure elements(BS elements) via which are able to work out a detailed breakdown of personnel expenses according to percentages of money.
The maintenance of budget structure elements can be performed as follows:

master data maintenance of Funds Management via:
Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Funds Management ->
Master Data -> Assignments -> HR Funds and Position Management ->
Generate Budget Structure Elements per Fund or Mass

In order to achieve an integration of the components HR Funds and Position Management and Funds Management, you must make Customizing settings in both components.
