Use
The system provides a general value list for use in monitoring investment programs at the level of the investment program. You can also use the value list as a form of availability control.

There is no active availability control (in the form of a system check at the time of posting a purchase order or invoice) at the level of the investment program. However, this check can be carried out at the level of the individual measures. In the PS or CO-OM-OPA component, you can guarantee that the assigned values do not exceed the budget of the project or order.
Features
When you start the report, you can specifically select the type of values you want to be output. You choose these in the report selection screen under Settings. A maximum of 13 columns are allowed in the report output.
You also can activate availability control. You can specify your own tolerance limits before you run the report. You set tolerance limits either as a percentage or an absolute amount. You also decide if the tolerance limit is over or under the plan or budget amount. If the assigned values of an individual measure exceed the defined tolerance limit, then the measure is highlighted in the report (exception reporting). The same applies to assigned values that are rolled up on higher investment program positions. When these values exceed the tolerance limit, then the program position is highlighted in the report.
You can also generate a general value list from the maintenance or display transactions for the investment program structure.
Carryforward Values and Forecasted Values
When starting a report you can specify whether an investment program report should display:

Only new measures, and plan and/or budget values for the current fiscal year·
Also measures, plan values and budget values carried over from prior years·
Also estimated plan and budget values for future years (forecast)Measures without Values
The report enables you to select all measures that do not yet have values and belong to a given investment program. In order to make this selection, remove all selections in the Settings section of the report selection screen. The report displays program positions that you can then select and expand.
