Reposting from an Investment Measure 

Procedure

  1. Check if the debit was posted in the current fiscal year or in a past fiscal year (Information System ® Investment Management Reports ® Project Information System ® Line Items).

    2. You cannot transfer debits from previous fiscal years. Instead, you have to settle them to a different WBS element or order.

  2. Choose Actual Postings ® Manual Reposting of Costs ® Enter.
  3. If you are posting the transfer of costs, enter a screen variant (for example, order). Enter the transfer data (sender, receiver, amount/line items, and so on).
  4. Save.

When transferring line items (Actual Postings ® Repost Line Items ® Enter), you have to enter a document number.
