Master Data at the Variant Level

Use

Each appropriation request has at least one appropriation request variant. The variant has its own master record, in which you can enter information for carrying out the planned investment.

Features

In addition to the general master data at the appropriation request level, you can enter the following information in the appropriation request variant:

Variant ID (4 character key)

Short text

Long text

Document management

Administrative data

You can enter an assessment as free text and/or in the form of a score (or rating).

Planned deadlines

Completion date
Start-up date

Indicator showing if the appropriation request needs to be approved by external governmental authorities

Depreciation simulation data

With percentage distribution, as in investment measures and investment program positions (refer to IM Information System).

Entries for the preinvestment analysis

The system also manages plan values at the level of the appropriation request variant. For more information, see Functions for Planning Appropriation Requests.
