Adding Activities and System Availability to Malfunction Report 

Use

Based on your investigation, you assign to the notification the maintenance measures required for solving the problem.

Procedure

  1. Choose to process the malfunction report.
  2. Enter the following data:

  3. Position your cursor on the Object part field and choose F4 help.
  4. Expand the PUMP/100 – Pump components hierarchy and choose 1001 – Inlet/Outlet.
  5. Choose the Activities tab page.
  6. Position your cursor on the first line of the Code group column, then choose F4 help.
  7. Expand the hierarchy Pump/101 – Plant maintenance activities pumps and choose activity 2007, Change Seals.
  8. Choose the System availability tab.
  9. Enter the following data:
