status

Definition

Each summarization level has a status which tells you whether or not the summarization level can be used. In normal operation, all summarization levels should have the status "active". All other summarization levels are not being used and should be deleted.

• To be created: This status is temporary and appears which you are defining the summarization level. No tables for storing data have been generated yet for the level. When you save the level, the system generates these tables and sets the status to "active, without data".
  

• Active, without data: The summarization level has been defined and the tables generated. However, the level does not contain any data and consequently cannot be used. You first need to fill the level with data, at which time the status changes to "active".
  

• Active: The summarization level contains data and can be used.
