Evaluation Lists: Material Change with Overview Tree Possible

Scope of Functions

Up to now, you had the following options to navigate between materials in the MRP list and the stock/requirements list:

• Entry of a new material number

• Sequential scroll in the list sequence of the collective display

• Access using different transactions (for example, collective order, material master)

Now you can use the overview tree to navigate more quickly and more comfortably between materials. By double-clicking a material in the overview tree, you immediately access the corresponding list.

In addition, you can use the search function in the worklist tree to search through the list of displayed materials by certain criteria.

Views in the overview tree

The overview tree provides you with three different views, which you can switch between using pushbuttons:

• Worklist view

The worklist tree displays all materials that you processed in the respective transaction call, or all materials that you selected in the collective display. In this view, you can

• group and sort the displayed materials

• define which fields are to be displayed in the overview tree

• define the values for the traffic lights

• limit the worklist using a search function

• Order view

The order tree displays all assemblies or components for a chosen MRP element, for example, a planned order. The display is hierarchic and corresponds to the order report.

• Product group view (only with access by product group)

When you access the lists from the collective display using a product group, the product group tree displays this product group with all sub-product groups and assigned materials

Switch to overview tree

Up to now, you could only display the overview list of the already processed or selected materials when you accessed the list using the collective display. Now you can display the overview list from the individual display for a material.
