Attributes are assigned to all documents. This makes it easier for you to file them in a structured manner and find them at a later stage. These attributes are defined either by the system or by the person who creates the document. You can display and edit them as follows:
- Select a category in the Documents substructure.
- Open one of the views on the upper right screen area.
- On the lower right screen area, choose the Documents tab and select the document for which you would like to change the attributes.
- In the context menu (right mouse click), select View Document Properties or Update ASAP Document Properties.
