There are two new workflows for the administration of awards:
Using this workflow, you can carry out all necessary administrative steps to execute a purchase once an employee has exercised an award.
This workflow is linked to the ESS service for exercising awards. If an employee exercises the awards granted to him or her, a message is automatically sent to the personnel administrator responsible. The personnel administrator carries out all necessary steps connected to the exercising, purchasing and crediting the relevant shares.

Using this workflow, you can inform your employees two months before their awards are to expire.
