Paid vacations not taken

Definition

This vacation type arises when, for example, due to an agreement between the employee and the employer, a set amount of additional vacation days are paid to the employee. With the payment of these vacations, the employee is obliged to make Social Insurance contributions.

This case, although not mentioned in the legislation, is a normal practice in companies.
