New pool tables

You can no longer create new ledgers in pool tables.

Existing pool tables

SAP recommends you complete the following steps:

1. Check whether your system contains ledger that are in pool tables. To do so, run program RGUPOOL0 . Note that this program does not check whether the ledgers are being used productively.
Also note that your system may contain sample ledgers L0, G0, and LR (for pool tables GLT1 and GLT2). If these ledgers are displayed in the list created by the program, check whether you use these ledgers.
1. Convert your pool tables to transparent tables.
For information on converting tables, see the documentation Manual for Converting Pool Tables to Transparent Tables.

Effects on Existing Data

Beginning with the next release, you will no longer be able to post to ledgers of pool tables.
