Define Printer Options

For the previously defined correspondence activities, you can assign an output medium here for printing.

You can make the following settings:

• Output device/Printer destination

• Total number of copies to be printed

• Immediate output yes/no

• Three-part name of spool request (1-DSN, 2-Suffix1, 3-Suffix2)

• Delete after output (x) or only after flow of spool retention period ( )

• Spool retention period (Default: 8 days)

• Generate new spool request (x) or search for a suitable spool request to append ( )

Further Notes

If no output medium has been defined, then the output medium defined in the user default values is used.

For an external correspondence type, the 'Print' setting must be maintained in Standing Instructions Correspondence.
